1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "winway", "we", "us", "our" refers to the winway gaming platform accessible at winway.vu and all associated services operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the winway platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held with winway.
• "Platform" means the winway website, mobile interface, and all gaming services provided through winway.vu.
• "Funds" means any balance held in a player's winway account denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the winway platform. 3. Eligibility & Registration

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your winway account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not reused from other services and change it promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.
• Notify winway immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting [email protected].
• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensure that no person under the age of 21 has access to your account or the winway platform through your device.

winway shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified winway of unauthorised access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds on the winway platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to financial transactions on your winway account:

• winway accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your winway account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by winway's payment processor. winway is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. winway reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• winway targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help section of the platform. Actual clearance times depend on the chosen payment method and are not guaranteed by winway.
• winway reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to decline withdrawal requests that are subject to pending verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all funds deposited to your winway account are derived from legitimate sources. winway operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

winway may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these Terms & Conditions. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotional terms.
• winway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the winway platform are governed by the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all wagering products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. winway does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcome, winway reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• winway reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including bets that winway reasonably suspects are placed in connection with match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity violations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winway platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software error, or system weakness to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform outside of ordinary gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Providing false documentation in connection with identity verification, age verification, or payment method verification.
• Conducting any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the winway platform or degrades the experience of other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the winway platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the property of winway or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winway platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the winway platform without prior written consent from winway.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winway shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. winway's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your winway account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit winway's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Privacy

winway collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a winway account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winway does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, gaming software suppliers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform lawfully and securely.

12. Responsible Gaming

winway is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players:

Upon termination, winway will process a withdrawal of any remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements and after deducting any amounts owed to winway. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winway customer support.

14. Amendments

winway reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, winway will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by prominent notice on the platform. The amended terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the winway platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which winway holds its gaming licence.
